The Seagull Academy for Independent Living will host a presentation by the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County for parents and guardians of children with disabilities on Thursday, May 10 at 5 p.m.
The Legal Aid Society is a resource for legal matters pertaining to individuals with disabilities. Parents and guardians can learn how the Legal Aid Society can support them with guardianship concerns or questions and define their role as legal advocate.
The presentation is free and open to any parent or guardian or a child with disabilities. To ensure seating accommodations, RSVP by May 4 via e-mail to Pearl Williams at pwilliams@seagull.org.
