The playground and adjacent pavilions located at Wellington’s Village Park (11700 Pierson Road) will be closed beginning Monday, May 14 for maintenance and renovations, and will remain closed through Friday, May 25. They will re-open, weather permitting, on Saturday, May 26.
During the closure, the mulch surface of the playground will be replaced with a more durable rubber surfacing. Renovations to the pavilions will include the addition of new column fascia. For more info., visit www.wellingtonfl.gov.
