The 2018-19 season of the Women of the Western Communities will kick off Thursday, Sept. 6 and run through next June.
Monthly meetings are now held in the Wine Bar at the Wellington National Golf Club, located at 400 Binks Forest Drive in Wellington. Attendees are invited to arrive at 6 p.m. to enjoy a cocktail and catch up with members. Everyone should arrive no later than 6:30 p.m. for check-in and seating.
Annual club dues are $270, but if paid in full on or by the Sept. 6 meeting, there will be a $10 discount. Dues can also be made in two payments in September and October. The cost covers dinners and meeting programs from September through June, and includes part of a ticket for the spring fundraiser. To attend as a guest, the fee is $30 per person. New members are welcome.
September’s monthly donation for Harmony House is school supplies. The children could use any and everything for success in school.
