On Thursday, Sept. 13, the Central Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce and its Medical Board of Governors will host a luncheon featuring keynote speakers Sheriff Ric Bradshaw of the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office and Dr. Marisa Azaret, clinical director of the division of psychology at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. The healthcare-themed luncheon will focus on mental health.
Azaret has been dedicated to the practice of pediatric psychology for more than 30 years, with clinical interests in program development, parenting skills training, adolescent development and prevention in the mental health field. She has for many years served as a producer, writer and on-air host for programs and segments on the subject of mental health in Hispanic media outlets, including CNN en Español, Univision and Telemundo.
