The second annual Santas on the Run 5K and 1K Reindeer Dash will open the Royal Palm Beach Winterfest celebration at Royal Palm Beach Commons Park on Saturday, Dec. 1 at 7:30 a.m. Advance registration includes a santa suit or reindeer antlers for this fun run/walk, with finisher medals for all. The festive fundraiser will benefit Dogs to the Rescue, a charitable organization with a mission to defray the cost of training therapy dogs for first responders. Dogs to the Rescue will also have a donation tent set up at the race for dog food, toys and bed donations for distribution to local shelters.
