The Keyes Company recently announced the addition of veteran real estate broker Susan Davis to its family of companies as manager of the company’s Wellington office.
Using her 26 years of experience in the real estate sector, Davis will be tasked with overseeing more than 120 Realtors in one of the company’s largest offices.
Davis obtained her real estate license in 1992 in Virginia while involved in international business, to better advise her clients on domestic real estate investments and transactions. Early on, she focused her career in the Mid-Atlantic region working for a well-known real estate brokerage and running an independent office. Most recently, she served as a broker with Re/Max Distinctive in Virginia.
“We are excited to attract a real estate pro with Susan’s experience,” said Mike Pappas, president and CEO of the Keyes Company. “We are looking forward to harnessing Susan’s high-energy, high-touch approach in further developing our talented Wellington agents and business.”
The Keyes Wellington office is up 56 percent year to date in closed volume with more than $100 million in closed sales.
“I immediately knew being a part of the Keyes Company’s dynamic team was a place I could help foster special gifts,” said Davis, who relocated to Florida in December 2017. “This is an opportunity for me to help Keyes associates identify their strengths, enhance Keyes’ visibility, increase production and grow our team.”
Overall, Keyes generates more than $6 billion in annual revenue from real estate service lines. The firm is the largest independently owned real estate firm in Florida and a top 30-ranked firm in the United States. In Palm Beach County alone, the company has in excess of 1,100 sales associates and produces double the sales volume of its closest competitor. Learn more at www.keyes.com.
