The King’s Academy hosted its ninth annual Boutique & Trunk Show on Wednesday, Sept. 26. Each year, the highly anticipated event draws increasingly larger crowds of shoppers, who are eager to attend this spectacular trunk show. TKA families, friends, alumni and faculty came together to support this fundraiser.

In total, more than 500 hundred guests joined the fun and spent the day shopping and gathering with friends. The event was a huge success, raising a record $27,000 to benefit the school’s Annual Fund.

This year’s Boutique & Trunk Show featured 53 unique vendors, a complimentary breakfast, a catered lunch, silent auction and the fabulous treats in the Boutique Bake Shoppe. Guests took advantage of the show’s exceptional offerings and got a jump-start on their Christmas shopping and friends gathered to socialize and support the school.

Throughout its nine years, the event has been chaired by TKA parent Teddy Walker. This year’s Leadership Committee also included Bake Shoppe and Volunteer Coordinator Apryl Scalici, Marketing Coordinator Cristina Rodriguez and Silent Auction Chair Andrea Hayes.
