Ward Real Estate held a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Village Green Tower on Tuesday, Nov. 13. The new three-story medical and office building is located in the Village Green Center on State Road 7 just north of Stribling Way. Tenants will include Dr. David Watson’s Alzheimer’s Research and Treatment Center. Completion is scheduled for 2019 July.
