The Rosarian Academy’s cross-country team competed in its final championship meet on Nov. 7 at Cardinal Newman High School. The runners participating included Iliana Beauchamp, Sloane Clarke, Jack Hansen, Chase Rehm, Brandon Rinker and Trey Wagner.
A total of 33 girls and 47 boys completed the 1.5-mile course, including runners from All Saints Catholic School, the Greene School, St. Clare, St. Juliana, St. Vincent Ferrer and the Weiss School. Four Rosarian racers earned ribbons: Wagner (first place, fourth/fifth grade boys), Clarke (second place, fourth/fifth grade girls), Hansen (fourth place, fourth/fifth grade boys) and Beauchamp (fifth place, girls grades six to eight). Wagner also finished third overall for all boys competing in grades four through eight.
