Weichert, Realtors-True Quality Service, located in Lake Worth, celebrated its grand opening with a Nov. 10 ribbon cutting and open house reception.
The film used the grand opening party as a fundraising event to help a local veteran’s group. With support from All My Sons Movers, the event was a success.
Dozens of area residents and businesses gathered in front of the office at 7109 Lake Worth Road for the grand opening, which featured a cookout and raffle to help raise funds for American Legion Post 390 in nearby Wellington.
“We had so much fun celebrating our official grand opening with folks who live and work in the Lake Worth area,” said Michael Garcia, the company’s broker/owner. “We’re so excited to officially be a part of the Weichert family.”
Garcia and his team were also excited to make the veteran’s group part of the day’s festivities.
Garcia’s office collected sample size toiletry items at its grand opening celebration for disabled and homeless veterans in the Lake Worth area. The donated items will be distributed as stocking stuffers during the holiday season.
“Being able to fundraise and collect toiletry items at our grand opening party for the American Legion made this event even more special,” Garcia said. “It also gave us another chance to thank them for their service, which we can’t do enough.”
