The Wycliffe Stiffs Stickball League opened its 17th season at “Stickball Boulevard” in Wellington’s Village Park on Tuesday, Oct. 30. Opening day featured a doubleheader between the New York Egg Creams and the Long Island Whalers in the first game, followed by a contest between the Dukes of Flatbush and the Brooklyn Bums.
