Palm Beach County recently announced that Prestige Commercial Kitchen, a rapidly growing installer and wholesale supplier of commercial kitchens, will move to 8740 Belvedere Road in suburban West Palm Beach.
The company is expanding its operations and will more than double its number of employees. The $1.7 million total capital investment will create 19 new jobs in Palm Beach County.
Prestige Commercial Kitchen’s total investment includes financing through Palm Beach County’s Section 108 Program, First Bank of Clewiston and an SBA 504 loan through Florida First Capital Finance Corporation.
The total $1.7 million project includes two loans from the county. The first loan from the Palm Beach County Section 108 Loan Program provides a revolving asset-based line of credit.
The second loan for working capital will close once the building is completed.
Founded in 2013 by Victor Ortiz and Adrian Silva, Prestige Commercial Kitchen builds walk-in coolers and freezers, and installs commercial kitchens for hotels, casinos, restaurants, country clubs and schools.
