Quarters for Kindness will host a quarter auction to benefit Horses That Help on Tuesday, April 23 at the Pirate’s Well (12041 Southern Blvd.). Doors open at 6 p.m., and the auction starts at 7 p.m. Paddles are $2 each. Horses That Help is a nonprofit ministry using rescued and rehabilitated horses to impact the lives of at-risk youth, children in foster care and children with special needs.
