Palms West Charter School observed the 18th anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001 terror attacks with its sixth annual 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony on Wednesday, Sept. 11. Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office deputies, Palm Beach County Fire-Rescue firefighters, veterans and local officials joined students and school faculty at the ceremony, which was followed by a breakfast.
