Wellington’s Top Firefighter 2019 Award was given to PBCFR Capt. David Prill. Prill has served 29 years with Palm Beach County Fire-Rescue and 35 years as a public servant. He has trained and mentored many young firefighters and new officers, and he is set to retire in October.
