Officials from Liberty Senior Living hosted a groundbreaking ceremony on Friday, Jan. 31 for Wellington Bay, a new senior living community expected to open in the summer of 2021 on a 45-acre lot near the Mall at Wellington Green. The community is set to include a 65,000-square-foot clubhouse, salon and spa, restaurants, garden flats and more.
