The Indian Trail Improvement District will hold its first virtual meeting via Zoom on Monday, April 6 at 5:30 p.m. This meeting will be the replacement for the canceled March 15 meeting. Community members will be able to join and comment on agenda items and public comments. For members of the public who can not attend virtually and wish to attend the ITID office, there will be staff at the office with laptops set up for viewing and participation (see update below). Learn more about the meeting at www.facebook.com/events/539862090281924.
UPDATE: Due to recent developments at the federal level, as well as Gov. Ron DeSantis’ statewide stay-at-home order, and out of an abundance of caution and to protect the public and ITID staff, the district will not have the office open for public to come in to participate in the virtual meetings on April 6 or April 15.
Both the April 6 meeting and the April 15 public hearing will be held and may be attended by the public only using Zoom, a free online meeting tool that can be accessed from any computer, tablet or smart phone. To attend the public board meetings and public hearing using Zoom, go to the district web site at www.indiantrail.com for the link to join the meeting with instructions (under the Alerts and Announcements section). If you have any questions about Zoom or the conduct of meetings by communication media technology, call the district at (561) 815-9943.
