The Village of Wellington was proud to see the outpouring of support from the community for local healthcare workers. Thanks to young residents, the Wellington Village Council, Schaefer Drugs and My Community Pharmacy recently dropped off more than 600 thank you cards at Wellington Regional Medical Center. These creative and encouraging messages represent the community’s appreciation for the front-line heroes who risk their lives every day to keep us safe. Congratulations to Panther Run Elementary for submitting the most cards. Panther Run students will be treated to a well-deserved ice cream social at the beginning of the new school year.
