Have you met Wellington’s new village manager? Jim Barnes is a planner by trade, and a public servant at heart. He has been with the village since 2003 when he joined the staff as assistant director of community services. He has since taken on roles of deputy director of environmental and engineering services, parks and recreation director, deputy director of operations and director of operations. He was appointed village manager in January 2021 after serving as deputy village manager and assistant village manager. Watch this video to learn more about Barnes.
