Halloween season came a bit early to the Village of Royal Palm Beach, which held its Rock-N-Fall festival on Friday, Oct. 1 and Saturday, Oct. 2 at Royal Palm Beach Commons Park. Many people came dressed in costumes, and there were several contests.
