Students and staff from the Renaissance Charter School at Wellington recently donated two wooden tables and chairs to the pediatric unit playroom at Palms West Hospital.
The set will liven up the room that the pediatric patients use as a respite to play games, color and relax.
In addition, 50 boxes of crayons and 50 student-created coloring books were also donated with hope and love, and they will also be shared with the Palms West Children’s Hospital Emergency Department.
Each coloring book features 24 individual student drawings for an amazing total of 1,200 drawings.
