Emerald Cove Middle School’s Pre-IT and STEM students recently partnered up to kick off the Robotics season during the First Lego League scrimmage at the South Florida Fairgrounds. Students felt a little pressure during their timed matches as they adapted their programs to different conditions to help make the robots’ mission successful. Students also gained invaluable insight into the various questions that may be asked during the actual competition that takes place in a few weeks.
