Wellington Elementary School recently announced its nominees for the William T. Dwyer Awards for Excellence in Education. The Dwyer Awards is an annual program by the Economic Council of Palm Beach County Foundation recognizing outstanding educators from public and private schools in Palm Beach County.
Wellington Elementary has nominated three teachers based on their exemplary teaching and their high standards of excellence in education. They are Jennifer Allen in the category of Elementary School Teacher, Lisa Kuperman in the category of Student Achievement/Career Education, and Cathy Eckstein in the category of Grow Up Great/Early Learning.
These talented nominees join a highly competitive field of candidates from across Palm Beach County, and the school is very proud of its teachers for receiving this distinction among their peers.
