Join the Wellington Historical Society for Vino & Videos on Wednesday, April 27 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Wellington National Golf Club.
At the event, the Wellington Historical Society will launch its new oral history video series featuring people instrumental in Wellington’s history.
Enjoy hors d’oeuvres and beverages while viewing the first three videos in the oral history series. The videos feature Kathy Foster, the first mayor of Wellington; Jess Santamaria, an early Wellington developer; and former Mayor Tom Wenham along with his wife Regis, who were among Wellington’s earliest residents.
“We’re pleased to present our oral history video series,” Wellington Historical Society President Sue Bierer said. “This gives the community the opportunity to hear about Wellington’s history directly from people who had a hand in its formation.”
