Wellington’s Fall Festival Event Returns To Village Park

The Village of Wellington held its annual Halloween-themed Fall Festival on Saturday, Oct. 15 at Village Park on Pierson Road. After enjoying activities such as bounce houses and fun DJ music, children of all ages took part in a costume contest at 4 p.m., with Councilman John McGovern, Victoria McGovern, Natalie Freeman and Councilwoman Tanya Siskind serving as judges. Another costume contest was held later in the evening. Inside the main building, there was the popular Haunted Hallways, along with face painting for young kids.
