Barky Pines Animal Rescue & Sanctuary hosted its fourth annual Puppy Love 5K on Saturday, Feb. 11 at Acreage Community Park. Many padded paws and wagging tails crossed the finish line, along with more than 200 two-legged companions registered for the race. Participants in the event received medals for their achievements, along with chances to win raffle prizes donated by Barky Pines sponsors.
