District 6 Palm Beach County Commissioner Sara Baxter held a celebration Friday, Aug. 4 to mark the opening of her office in the Midwestern Communities Service Center, located at 200 Civic Center Way in Royal Palm Beach. Representatives from across the western communities attended the event.
