Wellington Cares held its 12th annual meeting and Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon on Friday, Dec. 1 at Inspired Living in Royal Palm Beach. At the luncheon, the nonprofit thanked the many volunteers that help senior citizens living in Wellington and Royal Palm Beach “age in place.” Over the past year, 64 dedicated volunteers donated 5,490 hours of community service to 151 participants.
