On Wednesday, Jan. 17, the nonprofit Feeding South Florida held a fundraiser at Village Music in Wellington. Feeding South Florida is dedicated to providing meals for those who don’t have the means to provide for themselves. In Palm Beach County alone, the charity has fed more than 200,000 people. Allyson Vaulx, assistant vice president of philanthropy for the nonprofit, said that the goal is to end hunger in Florida through partnerships. The evening raised money, while offering attendees great food and music from a local band named Snow. To learn more about Feeding South Florida, visit www.feedingsouthflorida.org.
