Condo Guardian Earns Accreditation

Jennifer Cavallaro

Condo Guardian has earned accreditation from the National Home Watch Association for the second year. The NHWA was formed in 2009 to establish and maintain the highest industry standards for Home Watch and absentee homeowner services throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Home Watch is a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues, which means that it is a service that “keeps an eye on things” at your vacation or primary home while you are not there. All principals of NHWA accredited member companies are background-checked, insured and bonded.

Owner Jennifer Cavallaro is a resident of Palm Beach County and has 30-plus years of experience in business management and customer service. She has worked in the insurance, fashion, medical and automotive industries. Cavallaro has overseen and managed appointments, scheduling, billing, maintenance, and customer follow-up and satisfaction.

She most recently managed a family-owned portfolio of rental properties, overseeing contracts, leases, repairs, maintenance and regular interaction with tenants. Her experience and dedication to detail and customer satisfaction creates a thorough and dependable Home Watch service for her clients’ condominiums.
