The Village of Royal Palm Beach held a dedication ceremony and tours of the new Royal Palm Beach Village Hall building on Thursday, Feb. 29. The event included a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new, modern building that opened last fall, replacing a structure that dated back to the 1970s.
