Wellington will host its annual Senior Health Fair, a community event dedicated to promoting health and wellness among senior citizens, on Tuesday, Oct. 8, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Wellington Community Center. All seniors and their families are invited to attend this free event.
The Senior Health Fair will feature a variety of activities and resources designed to empower older adults to take charge of their health. Attendees can look forward to informative workshops covering topics such as breast health and stroke prevention beginning at 9 a.m. Attendees can also meet with healthcare providers and community organizations offering valuable services, and they will have the chance to win health-related prizes.
