A milestone birthday turned into an impromptu roast for longtime Rotarian Barry Manning at the Rotary Club of Wellington’s meeting Thursday, Oct. 31. Manning, publisher of the Town-Crier newspaper, recently turned 80 years old. He was presented with a humorous proclamation by Wellington Mayor Michael Napoleone, and several guest speakers shared their thoughts.
