The new public art installation at Royal Palm Beach Village Hall has arrived. Internationally recognized sculptor and public artist Beth Nybeck is shown (inset) putting the finishing touches on “Rooted,” the 11-foot aluminum art piece that was installed on the Village Hall campus Friday, Jan. 31. The Village of Royal Palm Beach is planning a formal unveiling ceremony soon with details to be announced.
