The 2025 “A Day for Autism: Building Bridges with Law Enforcement Picnic” was held Sunday, Feb. 23 at Village Park in Wellington. The picnic was a family-friendly event designed to bring together deputies from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, local vendors, and families in search of services and resources for individuals with autism and other disabilities. The picnic also gave families a chance to connect with law enforcement, interact with therapy dogs and see many of the resources available.
