Nearly 900 smiling faces graced the newly renovated halls of Family Church Wellington on Sunday, April 13, during the church’s official launch. The building at 12700 W. Forest Hill Blvd. previously housed the First Baptist Church of Wellington, which recently merged with Family Church West to create a unified congregation. Following a Bible study in the sanctuary, members and guests enjoyed a barbecue, bounce houses and Kona Ice in celebration of Family Church’s newest neighborhood location.
