The Palm Healthcare Foundation will host the third annual Let’s Move: Commit to Change Physical Activity Challenge, a countywide initiative focused on physical activity, nutrition and healthy behaviors.
The local initiative inspires residents to log 30 minutes of physical activity every day, and is part of the national “Let’s Move!” campaign.
On Saturday, Jan. 10 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., the campaign will launch at Wellington Plaza’s first Wellness Fair hosted by Bainbridge in partnership with the Palm Healthcare Foundation. The event will feature healthy cooking demonstrations, healthy food and drink sampling, family activities, fitness classes and demos, health screenings, raffle prizes and giveaways, a live performance by Michaela Paige of The Voice and more.
