The Loxahatchee Groves Landowners’ Association will meet on Thursday, May 28 at 7 p.m. at the Palms West Presbyterian Church (13689 Okeechobee Blvd.).
The evening’s program will be a LGWCD Candidates Forum. It will be a chance for residents to meet Supervisor Robert Snowball and challenger Laura Danowski and hear what they want to do if elected in June to a seat on the Loxahatchee Groves Water Control District Board of Supervisors. The forum will be moderated by Ken Johnson. Johnson asks residents to e-mail questions to krj0188@aol.com.
There will also be a short presentation by a representative from Grassy Waters Natural Area to explain what is available at this facility for the public to experience.
