Wellington will host an informative seminar titled “Senior Asset Protection” on Wednesday, April 3 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Wellington Community Center (12150 W. Forest Hill Blvd.).
Presented by Mark Grosshanten, alongside guest speakers Mario Romano and attorney Patrick Whitehead, the seminar will teach seniors about avoiding probate, court management of assets, capital gains tax and more. Other important topics to be discussed will include: avoiding Medicaid traps, how to lower or eliminate various forms of taxes, banks and Wall Street. There will be nothing sold at this workshop, and it is specifically for seniors aged 55 and older.
