The Indian Trail Improvement District has announced its financial audit results for the Oct. 1, 2011 through Sept. 30, 2012 fiscal year. Rampell & Rampell conducted the annual audit of ITID’s financial statements.
The report expresses an unqualified opinion, which indicates that the financial statements prepared by district management fairly presented the financial position of ITID for the year.
Additionally, the audit firm had no management letter comments or recommendation for improvement. This is the second year that ITID received a report with no management letter comments.
“ITID’s accounting policies were applied consistently,” according to Rampell & Rampell Principal Deborah Diaz, CPA. “We issued an unqualified opinion, which is the highest level of assurance you can get. It essentially means that through all of our audit procedures, which were extensive this year for a variety of reasons, nothing came to our attention that caused us to believe that any of the information contained in these financial statements is inaccurate.”
