The First Baptist Church of Royal Palm Beach was the staging area for more than 9,000 food items that were donated in a month-long local food drive. On Monday, Nov. 25, families in need were given a bag with food to make a Thanksgiving dinner, including cranberry sauce, stuffing, fruit, gravy, potatoes and vegetables, as well as a frozen turkey. Remaining items will go to local food pantries.
