Genbu-Kai Karate in Wellington recently tested and were promoted to their first and second level belts. All three are from the Wellington and Royal Palm Beach areas. The 16-month Ninja program is specifically designed for children ages 4 to 6. Emphasis is placed on improving fine and gross motor skills, while teaching focus, teamwork, control, balance, memory, discipline, fitness and coordination. The Ninjas also learn goal setting by testing and advancing through nine rank levels.
