The Northern Palm Beach Chapter of the American Business Women’s Association recently awarded a $1,500 grant to Wellington resident Ann Lewis.
Lewis is attending the University of Florida in the primary mental health nurse practitioner program. She has a master’s degree in nursing from the pediatric nurse practitioner program from UF and a master’s degree in counseling from Asbury Theological Seminary.
Lewis is a licensed mental health counselor with the Community Christian Counseling Center and is an advanced registered nurse practitioner with Palm Beach Pediatrics. She is also a volunteer with St. Peter’s United Methodist Church as a Sunday school teacher, worship committee member, leader of the International Missions Committee and as a missionary to Cuba. She also serves on weekend spiritual renewal retreats and participates in annual fundraising at the Community Christian Counseling Center.
