You never get a second chance to make a good first impression, and when you’re Isabel Zaldivar, whose modus operandi is creating memorable moments, every second counts. Food and beverage manager at the Wanderers Club, Zaldivar has received the Professional Woman of the Year award for hospitality leadership from the National Association of Professional Women. “I am honored to receive this prestigious award,” she said. “Creating noteworthy experiences and exceeding expectations for our guests is what I love doing.”
Zaldivar, who holds a master’s degree in hospitality, has worked for some of the finest dining establishments in Mexico and the United States, including the Resort at Singer Island. As the food and beverage manager at the Wanderers Club, Zaldivar oversees the main restaurant and bar, event planning, weddings and catering.
