Caribbean-Americans for Community Involvement (CAFCI) and the Village of Royal Palm Beach will host the annual Cultural Diversity Day Celebration on Saturday, May 10 from 1 p.m. to sundown.
The event will take place at Veterans Park, located at the corner of Sparrow Drive and Royal Palm Beach Blvd. Show time will be at 3 p.m. It is a free community event open to everyone.
This year’s event promises to be exciting. It will be a great opportunity to celebrate, share and enjoy the food, arts, entertainment and cultural programs of diverse communities. There will be performances from local and international artists.
Food, artwork, international music, sports and dancing are some of the activities, including entertainment for children. A school group from Quito, Equador will be performing.
Community organizations and civic groups are encouraged to participate. The event is also sponsored by Palm Beach County Cultural Council.
