Genbu-Kai Karate recently tested and promoted eight ninja students to their next belt level belts. All eight are from the Wellington area. The 16-month ninja program is specifically designed for pre-school children ages 4-6. Emphasis is placed on improving fine and gross motor skills, while teaching life skills. Ninjas learn how to set and achieve goals while practicing twice a week and advancing through their 9 required rank levels. Ultimately, the ninja program prepares students who wish to continue and advance into the junior karate program. For more information on classes, call (561) 804-1002 or visit www.floridagenbukai.com.
