Planned Parenthood will celebrate its annual Free Pap Test Day on Monday, Aug. 6 with free testing at the Wellington Health Center (10111 W. Forest Hill Blvd., Suite 340).
It is recommended that women over 21 get a pap test at least every three years to screen for cervical cancer. But almost 2 million women in Florida have no health insurance, and even more are underinsured. Planned Parenthood is offering this potentially lifesaving test at no cost to women in the community.
