Sean Joseph Kane died Saturday, Sept. 19 at the young age of 27 years.
He is survived by his parents, Brian and Anita Kane, his stepfather, Robbie Thompson, his grandparents Adrienne Hope, Gilbert Giuliani Sr. and Leonard Greenberg, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. He is also survived by Katherine Burkhardt, the great love of his life.
Born in Maryland, Kane was a graduate of the Florida State University School of Engineering and was a teacher of mathematics at #1 Education Place in Wellington. He was devoted to his students, his friends and his family in a way that has left an everlasting mark.
A viewing will be held Friday, Sept. 25 from 1 to 3 p.m. at Palms West Funeral Home (110 Business Parkway, Royal Palm Beach). In lieu of flowers, a scholarship fund has been established in Kane’s name. For more information, call (561) 753-6563.
