Johnny Q’s Restaurant & Sports Lounge (3801 10th Avenue N., Palm Springs) will host a benefit for Acreage resident Melanie Ginther on Sunday, April 24 from 2 to 8 pm. “Melstock: 1 Day of Peace & Music” will be a fundraiser with raffles, face painting, live music, tie dying, caricatures and more. Attendees are asked to come dressed in hippy attire. Ginther is battling stage IV breast cancer.
