The Holocaust Survivor Band will perform an afternoon of entertainment playing Klezmer music as well as other music on Sunday, July 10 at 2 p.m. at Congregation L’Dor Va-Dor (3475 Woolbright Road, Suite 19, Boynton Beach).
Klezmer music has been a tool of survival for the founders of the band, Saul Dreier, 85, and Reuwen Sosnowicz, 89. The band will be traveling to Poland to perform there.
The concert will be offered free of charge to the public. Donations are appreciated to assist the band with traveling expenses to Poland. Call (561) 968-0688 for more info.
